So the conversation with a player is around this sentence.
"Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know"
It comes up in the Sorcerer origins Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul.
The conversation comes up about the second half. Does this mean that the list of spells they provide should be known (adding additional spells known), OR that it does not count against the known spell lists (Does not add known spells). Have I stayed up to late looking at Tasha's and forgot how to read English? Please help!
Alright this is what we both thought however this conversation came up due to something in the character sheet. DND Beyond only allows them to Know those 5 spells but not have the 2 others.
Is there a setting missing or should I take this question to another forum?

Thanks for the help!
It appeared to not be working earlier but it looks like it is working now! They had originally not shown up. Thanks for the help!
