Ask your DM. Personally, I would likely allow it. However RAW, possibly not, exceptions are up to the DM.
From DMG:
"MULTIPLE ITEMS OF THE SAME KIND Use common sense to determine whether more than one of a given kind of magic item can be worn. A character can't normally wear more than one pair of footwear, one pair of gloves or gauntlets, one pair of bracers, one suit of armor, one item of head wear, and one cloak. You can make exceptions; a character might be able to wear a circlet under a helmet, for example, or be able to layer two cloaks."
An alternative infusion is the armor of magical strength which allows you to add you int modifier to strength checks and saving throws though it has been nerfed since UA by giving you only 6 charges (and not even getting them all back at dawn). If your strength is less than 10 being an addition rather than replacing strength is also a nerf (but if your strength is 12 or more this is a benefit.
Quick question, can a Guardian Armor use the Gauntlets of Ogre Power in conjunction with the Lightning Gauntlets?

I would say, the feature works just fine with gauntlets of ogre power.
Hell, at level 10, you would be able to infuse your armor's gauntlets into ogre power anyway. Worst case scenario, do this.
