1) a glyph of warding can specifically target a book but its more of a trap not a lock, and (with DM approval) you might be able to extend arcane lock to cover a book so long as it has a lockable clasp (otherwise just put it in a chest and lock the chest with the spell).
2) Hard to say...normal +1 weapons don't require attunement, and the description says it loses all other properties but the +1 if the demon is banished....I'd rule it no longer requires attunement. if "attunement" is a property of the weapon or not is the key to a ruling here.
1. Is there a way to have a book magically locked? Like a rune?
2. i gave a player a sword of vengeance. He just had the demon banished. It’s now just a plain +1 weapon. Does it still require attunement?
thanks!
