Okay so, how do the hex invocations stack if I place a Hexblade's Curse AND a Hex on a target?
If I have multiple hex's on the target does this deal extra physic damage?
"Maddening Hex
As a bonus action, you cause a psychic disturbance around the target cursed by your hex spell or by a warlock feature of yours, such as Hexblade’s Curse or Sign of Ill Omen. When you do so, you deal psychic damage to the cursed target and each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of it. The psychic damage equals your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1 damage). To use this invocation, you must be able to see the cursed target, and it must be within 30 feet of you."
Hello, fellow Utahn! I think that's how you call someone from Utah.
Reading through the ability of Maddening Hex initially, what stuck out to me is this phrase: "As a bonus action, you cause a psychic disturbance around the target cursed by your hex spell or by a warlock feature of yours, such as Hexblade’s Curse or Sign of Ill Omen." Focusing on the word "or", it appears that you wouldn't get to apply multiple instances of the hex spell or a specific warlock feature. The creature only needs to have one of the three options listed above affecting it in order for the second part of the ability to trigger, quoted below.
"When you do so, you deal psychic damage to the cursed target and each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of it. The psychic damage equals your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1 damage)."
To recap, I understand the ability to mean that you only need one instance in order to successfully use Maddening Hex, and multiple instances won't cause a stacking of damage.

Thanks man! I felt like that was the case. A shame you're not in SLC otherwise we could get you in to our games. Heheh.
