DnD Beyond's rapier rules adds proficiency bonus to attack rolls. I've been scratching my head because I have never heard of this before. I've been looking through the PHB, Reddit, Google, trying to find where in 5e's rules rapiers get this unique feature, and can't find it. Can someone direct me to this ruling?
I read that in my head 1,000,000 times as damage, and then I even wrote it down as attack in this post. I need to drink my coffee before I post on forums apparently.
Thank you for pointing out the obvious, I don't know how I missed that.
