First, you are playing a wizard. I advise you use intelligence as your highest stat rather than charisma. It will improve your efficiency. In addition, move your second highest stat to constitution. You should also learn a few more spells.
1st character and was under the impression that charisma was necessary for a necromancer. As far as spells go system asked me to learn 4.the shift you suggest ultimately only seems to trade 1 charisma for 1 constitution, and seems more in line with my background to have my stats go charisma ->intelligence ->constitution ->dexterity ->wisdom->strength.
It depends on how you want to play your necromancer. If you want to know HOW to revive the dead using words, a warlock or sorcerer with necromancy spells would be the best choice. If you want to know HOW and WHY necromancy magic works, a wizard is what you pick. The magic of words of power vs how the words shape the world. Charisma isn't necessary for a necromancer. Undead that you summon make saving throws against your spell save DC if they try to resist your commands. Play a character however you want. Have a high charisma, but know that it will not serve you well in the long run.
To simplify the backstory As a young child He was sold/abandoned And the well-respected local doctor picked him up.Turns out the doctor was so good at his craft because he was secretly studying necromancy And he picked my character up to Serve as a assistant/future test subject.one day the doctor had him kill a test subject causing him to call as my character slowly corrupted(causing large amounts of pain) the fear effect of a fallen assimar celestial shroud caused the doctor to stumble back striking a wall disloging a mounted dagger which pieces his skull. In the pain and grief of falling while kissing a father figure my character decapitated his "father" and cleaned his skull taking it and the dagger as keepsakes swearing to carry on the " good" work.he is also afraid of the invisible monster that killed his father(does not realize it was him).so when using standard array 1/2.charisma(receives +2 from race so 16/17)/ intelligence(15/14)3.constitution 4/5.strength(scrawny but +1 from race)/wisdom(pain warped morals)
I should like feedback on this character please

I agree. And there is always shadow sorcerer if you want the sweet angst.
