It's not anywhere on any 5e Richten art, and old art is black & white.
I read Richten's Guides to vamps, lycanthropes, and a little of the vistani one, and didn't see it mentioned (yet in the last one he described Arturio's eyes like a 13 year old girl's gay ship fanfic, lol!). His eyes are always hidden, even in Beyond's Instagram cartoon comics.
Anyway, this question may sound silly, but it's important to me and my friend. I am running CoS and he wants to draw fanart of Richt.
If anyone has read a piece where his eyes are described, or seen any art with his eye color visible, I would be most thankful for a reference.

unfortunately, yes.
the closest I can find is this picture from VRGTR.
here you can sort of, kind of see the outline of his iris, which implies his eyes are a very dark color, probably brown or black
