Here is our netherdeep party so far. Ran them through EGTW adventures to get to lev 3. Feel free to tell us about you character or party below
Dreslin DeVir (Tonn), Drow Hexblade 3 with Silken Spite - (Archeologist) While researching in a forgotten library, I discovered a tome about the Arms of the Betrayers. When I touched it a strange vision then came to me, of powerful weapons calling out for me to wield them. When I found Silken Spite I knew I had my chance to escape Vivurk Tonn's grasp and leave Lothian Drow society. Sinnafex informed me that thrusting the weapon into a Luxon beacon is one of the only ways to destroy one. Stabbing the sword into the last b beacon destroys the weapon and the beacon alike. Ill be dammed if I give my mother the means to destroy the Luxon. Even if it means binding myself to the blade for eternity.
Mayhem (Nizam Al-Khem), Galasia Tiefling Wildfire Druid 3 of Desirat - (Hermit) An old seer once touched my forehead and gave me a vision of a flaming bird chained beneath a mountain, squirming and wailing in the darkness. Through that connection I was granted druidic powers and a purple phoenix chic companion. I left Pride's Call to a life of seclusion. I needed to commune with nature, far from civilization. My travels led me to Mount Metiri in Western Wynandir where I spend a long time communing with Desirat. She gave me the knowledge of how to free (and possibly how to purify her also). Should my discovery come to light, in the wrong hands the knowledge it could bring ruin to the world.
Fjord Patricor, Variant Human Tempest Cleric 2 /Fathomless Warlock 1 of Uk'otoa - (Marine) Noble life never suited me. Luckily I was able to keep my family off my back by upholding our tradition of military service. I joined the marines and haven't looked back. Being a Quartermaster and plotting our ships course was more fulfilling than any number of fancy parties. One cloudless night, I heard a voice rumbling around me. I looked down below the water, and I swear I saw golden eyes looking up at me. I could discern only one word from the voice... "POTENTIAL". Then the sahuagin were upon us! No reasonable explanation can explain how I survived that particular battle. Every arrow and bolt missed. I slew scores of enemies single-handedly and led my comrades to victory. The crew named me Juggernaut. And mysteriously I discovered my sword had been replaced by a barnacle encrusted falchion and an intrigued patron whispering in my dreams.
Kyber Axon, Amethyst Dragonborn Aberrant Sorcerer 3 - (Cloistered Scholar) This study of the planes and their properties also made amethyst dragons keenly aware of the Far Realm and of its warping effects on the Material Plane. So too are we Amethyst Dragonborn aware. We also find the Far Realm's corruptive touch loathsome and are staunch opponents of the creatures native to or twisted by it, most notably including aberrations. But not Flumphs. Flumphs we like. As a child, I had an imaginary friend that looked like a flumph. One day, it gifted me with enhanced psionic powers, which have ended up being not so imaginary. Now Im a Researcher specializing in study of the planes and their properties and the Far Realm and of its warping effects on the Material Plane where they intersect. Like the Netherdeep.
