I'm roleplaying a LG paladin in my CoS campaign. Currently my God of worship is Tyr of the Triad. As i've been playing my paladin and being surrounded by such evils, ive encountered a lot of undead and other creatures that are unholy and fiendish in nature. My DM has stated to me several times that "You can feel Tyr trying to make contact, but its only a faint light." Just resonantly I went to make contact with Tyr and the Triad for a blessing (just role play wise) and i succeeded with a natural 20+3. DM role played and the TLDR: The Triad came together and told me "We can barely reach you we, don't know where you are and be careful."
So now that this event has transpired i'm thinking my paladin will look to other sources to help aid him in these desperate times. Of coarse he would never abandon Tyr and the Triad, but possible side with a Patron that has like minded ideals as Tyr in that he could barrow power for just a little while seeing as from a role play perspective Tyr cant help.
I was thinking the Raven Queen, she hates Intelligent undead, and lore wise it adds up well. She could give me information about Strahd or other nastys while giving me access to those sweet warlock ability's. Or heck just a simple exchange of learned power (from the warlock patron) for killing of a hated foe. Idk if it would be to Meta gaming but i know the Raven Queen would HATE the likes of Strahd so it could work for that aspect, but i know for a fact my paladin would never ever ever renounce Tyr and the Triad.
I don't really know much about these twos relationship (Tyr and Raven Queen) and if it would conflict. I only want to dip into the warlock for a few classes, so i figured this would be the best time to do it. I'm more or less worried about having to swear loyalties to the Raven Queen and still have ties to Tyr and them conflicting.
What do you guys think? Also if you have a better suggestion of how to get into the warlock patrons with out having to give up my paladin class i'm all ears!
Your patron is a powerful being of the Upper Planes. You have bound yourself to an ancient empyrean, solar, ki-rin, unicorn, or other entity that resides in the planes of everlasting bliss. Your pact with that being allows you to experience the barest touch of the holy light that illuminates the multiverse.
Being connected to such power can cause changes in your behavior and beliefs. You might find yourself driven to annihilate the undead, to defeat fiends, and to protect the innocent. At times, your heart might also be filled with a longing for the celestial realm of your patron, and a desire to wander that paradise for the rest of your days. But you know that your mission is among mortals for now, and that your pact binds you to bring light to the dark places of the world.
This probably fits what you're thinking very closely! I believe this is part of Xanathar's Guide to Everything if you don't have it yet.

I like this way, but i was hoping to multiclass into Hexblade for the sweet nat 19 crit hits and charisma mod added to attack and damage rolls. would it still be possible to keep with the celestial themed patron while being a hexblade based warlock?

As written, no. Hexblade warlocks make pacts with weapons:
You have made your pact with a mysterious entity from the Shadowfell — a force that manifests in sentient magic weapons carved from the stuff of shadow. The mighty sword Blackrazor is the most notable of these weapons, which have been spread across the multiverse over the ages. The shadowy force behind these weapons can offer power to warlocks who form pacts with it. Many hexblade warlocks create weapons that emulate those formed in the Shadowfell. Others forgo such arms, content to weave the dark magic of that plane into their spellcasting.
Because the Raven Queen is known to have forged the first of these weapons, many sages speculate that she and the force are one and that the weapons, along with hexblade warlocks, are tools she uses to manipulate events on the Material Plane to her inscrutable ends.
However, check with your DM. I have a friend who played a Hexblade Warlock based on using a "good" sentient weapon named Dawnbringer, so in the right setup it could work, I think.

I'd look at the Celestial patron for inspiration:
