I know elves specifically have a limited number of souls and that they reincarnate meaning that an elf can't be conceived unless another elf dies. However half elves have regular non-reincarnating souls. What does this mean for descendants of for example half-elves? Does the non-elf part dilute or disappear? Let's say for example there was an elf and one if their ancestors was human, but so far back it would be less than a percent of human and everything else is elf, they probably don't even know they're not 100% elf and expect to have a reincarnation. Would they have a regular soul or an elf soul? And how would you tell? And if they have an elf soul at what point in their lineage would the divines decide that they're elf enough or not elf enough to get the special elf soul?
