Not necessarily funny as a name, but the party in my campaign encountered an Ettin named Throwdown - first head "Throw", second head "Down". They found it amusing when Down became angry and Throw said "Calm, Down."
They later discovered that Throw's original name was Chuck, before he changed it to be more intimidating.
The party, who started with the Steepfield Cheese Chase, quickly gained a land-ship which was the prior property of a giant, which was called Grub's Tub. They renamed it the Dairylea Dunker. One of the party is a cleric of the order of St Agur, who have a god of the harvest called the Jovial Bovine.
There are two feuding artificer families who keep a technologically unstable city in check as the maintenance crews - the Turnitov and Turnibakonagen clans.
My brother's Path of the Muscle Wizard (from Valda's Spire of Secrets) barbarian Gandledorv - in his words, it's a combination of "Gandalf" and "Dumbledore" with "v" at the end to make it "orcish".
