Depends on what you mean by creation. Gond is the Forgotten Realms God of Craft. Moradin, the God of the Dwarves in almost every setting is also know as the God of Creation; his creation is firstly the Dwarves and secondly anything involving Forges, Anvils, and Hammers. If you mean Nature, then the Nature Gods cover that. If you mean the original creators of the universe, the Racial Gods usually fulfill that role in most settings.
