Are Great Old Ones, more powerful than Greater Gods?
I am curious because I am wondering why the Gods and Great Old Ones, don't seem to come into contact with each other or really have any conflicts with each other. I mean both are out there right, inhabiting the same space/realms/dimensions or whatever, so why does there never seem to be any conflict between them?
Is there something in the lore of the multiverse that I am missing?
They don't interact much because the Astral Sea where the gods make their homes, and the Far Realm, where you would expect to find Great Old Ones, is not quite the same place. Think of Great Old Ones as remnants of the "before times" when the universe and its cosmology were still new. They came before this reality and are not native to it. When they manifest, they are intercessors and unnatural alien beings. Gods are made up of the "now." They are native to this reality.
Depending on how you look at it, the Great Old Ones are technically stronger in a way. I've seen a few adventures where a GOO manages to trap and slowly devour groups of Gods until they are rescued.

A caffeinated nerd who has played TTRPGs or a number of years and is very much a fantasy adventure geek.
