Of course :) It's a bit of work, especially if the two campaigns are in completely different settings, but there's nothing preventing it. I'd have to know more about the two different campaigns to offer any meaningful advice, but if you're, say... DMing for two separate groups and everyone would rather just RP as one big group, it's just a matter of setting both groups on an adventure that intersects.
