I noticed on the map of the sword coast, the town of Leilon shows inland right on The High Road. In the 'Storm Lord's Wrath' and 'Sleeping Dragon's Wake' modules the town maps show it on the coast or at least near water. I was wondering how other people may of resolved this difference. In the past I just made Leilon a large frontier town pretty much land locked other then it being 5 or so miles from the Mere of Dead Men which was a jump off point for anyone heading to the Mere. Most of my FR lore was from 2nd Edition so maybe I missed something going to 5th.
It has been a while since I played something near there. Lost contact with my Forgotten Realms DM a while ago. We played one with a river or a marsh in it. This looks to be pretty much landlocked. It had been quite a bit inland in our adventure. Took an hour to walk to the coast so 5 miles is decent time for that

Thanks for any input
