I'm fairly new to this site, and am still figuring out what goes where. If the mods moved this to a different section, I won't be disappointed.
So, I decided to come up with names that fit certain tiefling characters of certain classes. Here goes (warning: some of these may sound arrogant or edgy [especially those listed for rogue] because, well, even WoTC - official tiefling virtue name ideas sound edgy or arrogant).
Vague was my "edgiest" character, I think - a Tiefling. A Tiefling Ranger with amnesia found dying in a rural insular community but eventually being the crux of the change in the town from being xebophobic to welcoming. ...which was ironic because Vague didn't like strangers since he was left for dead by someone he can't remember. With fair skin and horns that laid back across his scalp, he was able to mask his heritage to most outsiders by pretending to be blind but abled. The priests who found him suggested that he take on a traditional Tiefling name. The priests had researched Tieflings (and covertly researched possible missing persons leads) while curing him. Since the word, vague, has ties to ancient Common roots for "wanderer" (such as Vagabond) with the modern meaning of uncertain, he chose Vague.

Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
Resisting is simply standing in front of the tide and pushing at it. Even if you endure at first, you will eventually break down. Adapting, by contrast, is turning into a fish.

Arcane would be good for some spellcasters too.
All hail the great and mighty platypus.
