i was thinking of making a character from sigil who was part of a city watch there and i was going to make my own city watch but then i thought is there one already in sigil does anyone know
I think the most Planescape answer would be to make any character you want and then make their Faction either the Harmonium or the Mercykillers (sorry, cutters, I meant "The 'ard'eads" and "The Red Deaf," if'n it please ye).
