We are currently streaming a set of 5e Adventures entitled: The Void Sea Chronicles. This streams on Wednesdays at 4pm Central Standard Time, And will be posted on youtube the next week--though I am currently behind on editing. So sorry to be so slow getting back to you. Have had some real life things happening this week. But yes.
The Void Sea chronicles is set in a world where, about a hundred years ago, the planes were shattered by some event (More will be reveled as play goes on about what caused it). The Fragments left by this shattering are now separated by the void sea, The infinite cosmos that use to separate the plains. Up until about a decade before travel in the void sea has been though to be impossible, And many have died in the quest for this travel. The story its self follow the crew of one of the ships created to travle the void. They will discover more Information on the events leading to the shattering, and current plans leading to more destruction and the freeing of some dangerous beings.

Sounds neat. I used Foundry VTT for the Spelljammer game I streamed and it went very well. Hope things go excitingly for you and your crew!
