I am playing in a low magic campaign with character (sorcerer) who lives in a small village where magic is misunderstood and very frowned upon. She lives in fear of what will happen when they find out and keeps quiet and very reserved.
I will be playing her as very quiet is towns but chatty and optimistic when with the party as they know about her abilities. Almost like a kid when they endlessly talk and ask questions.
Questions about what? If it's anything like a kid asking questions, they'll generally either be banal or suspiciously pointed questions directed at individuals and their attire/skills/background etc. Without intimate knowledge of your campaign or other party members, it'll be hard to help develop questions.
BUT what I can say is this: definitely just ask any and every question that comes to mind about your allies. "Why do you wear X? What kind of sword is that? Where did you get that scar?" Etc

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
"I once heard timmy, a boy in my village who was just a pain, anyway he said that his uncle's best friend who was page for a knight once ran across a giant blob thing that would eat armor, can you imagine? So would you rather fight 1 of those or like 5 of those orcs we just fought last night?"
stuff like that? I would just say take whatever you want to say and inject lots of extraneous information to provide that super chatty feeling. Just know it can be actually annoying to the players at some point so sprinkle it in and let everyone just assume/know it is constant for the characters to deal with even if only sparing for the players to deal with.

I need question suggestions to compile a list😬

There will definitely be those types of questions but i am thinking of less relevant to the people questions and more just random nonsense.
Would you rather X or X?
making them play eye spy on the road. Etc
