Ok so I'm playing in a high-level campaign and we're getting down time. But there's a problem. The down time is only a year. So I had the genius idea to make a DBZ time chamber (based on the effects of the fey wilds). Now I need help on the wording of the wish to make a time chamber that we can control the time dilatation of and activate at will.
There's no such thing as a perfectly worded Wish, because the DM has broad fiat to twist or even just nix whatever you ask for if they think it's too much. Don't try to end-run them with clever wording, just ask them if they'll go for it.
Why do you need more than a year's worth of downtime?
Also, rather than Wish, what you really want is a Demiplane where time moves faster than on the Material Plane.
Wouldn’t they want time to move slower on the demiplane? Spend a week in there and a day has gone by on the material plane, I think?
Because I’m guessing they want to use the time for training in some kind of proficiency.
If a week in the demiplane is equal to a day on the Prime, it means that time is moving faster. If time moved slower in the demiplane, it would mean that spending a day in the demiplane would cause a week to go by on the Prime.
