Was thinking of doing a shadar-kai bloodhunter order of lycon, but also thoughts of multiclass as well. I do not know what to mix with it or level dip, any suggestions? Will be doing melee
It's a pretty solid build concept on its own... No particular multiclass option jumps out to me as anything particularly better than just sticking with Bloodhunter fully. Although one thing that comes to mind is taking the Tough feat to get some extra HP, since Blood Hunters have a habit of damaging themselves. Slasher is a nice flat boost to your character... Mobile would make you better at getting in and out of melee combat. Skill Expert could be a pretty amazing combo if you use it to give yourself expertise in Perception, which would pair almost too well with your advantage on perception.

Generally the only reason to MC because after a certain number of levels in your main class non of the remaining features are of interest to you. Bloodhunter is pretty solid so I'm not sure which levels you think look boring or bad and want to replace with something more interesting by MCing.
Fighter, Ranger, or Moon Druid could all work for MCing with Lycan Bloodhunter but none especially stick out as vastly superior to just going straight Bloodhunter.

I have a Shadar-Kai Blood hunter Ghoast Slayer, Ranger Monster Slayer in a Ravenloft campaign. Really works well together.
