Lucky - Rewarded Background (The Book of Many Things)
Magic Initiate - Rewarded Background (The Book of Many Things), Magic Initiate (Cleric) from Astral Drifter Background (Spelljammer: Adventures in Space) or Background Agnostic (SOME source book with feats linked to backgrounds)
Rune Shaper - Rune Carver Background (Bigby Presents - Glory of the Giants)
Scion of the Outer Planes - Gate Warden or Planar Philosopher Background (Planescape - Adventures in the Multiverse)
Skilled - Background Agnostic (Any source book with feats linked to backgrounds)

Edit: Thank you Mog_Dracov for pointing out that the Ravinica backgrounds can expand spell-lists for caster classes: Selesnya Initiate, Azorius Functionary, Boros Legionnaire, Dimir Guild Operative, Golgari Agent, Gruul Anarch, Izzet Engineer, Orzhov Representative, Rakdos Cultist and Simic Scientist.
Edit 2: Added the backgrounds linked to the feats.
You told us the book to get the feats, but not the background that offers it. Not helpful. In fact, I would rather have the background name and NOT the book. Backgrounds are often in multiple books and it is often easier to find what book a background is in than to go through all the feats in a book.
It took a lot of effort to track down all of these for my players, and I thought it would be nice to share that in case others were trying to do something similar.
You can do that if you’d like, the book I shared is the source for the background, if you wanted to look them all up for others

D&D, Youth Work and the Priesthood sadly do not typically interact... I do what I can!
OK, but I do not understand why you thought the books would be helpful.
That said, there are some backgrounds not listed that do things comparable to and possibly than feats. In the Guildmaster's Guide to Ravinica, there are several backgrounds that grant about 14 different spells to your spell lists (including cantrips). In many ways this is better than Magic Initiative, particularly if you want to do something like play a a Cleric that can cast Counterspell, or a mage that can cast Death Ward.
I have added the pre-requisite/linked backgrounds to each feat.
I would argue that in the case of expanded spell-lists whilst that is a wicked strong background feature the fact it doesn’t allow non-casters to gain access to spells or offer any free-casts it is not as strong generally as a feat (but an option will worth considering if you are a caster and all backgrounds are on the table)

For those considering character options :-)

Are there any more I have missed?

missing skilled from both the books of many things and tough from ruined (suspect that because they are options for all, but completest...)
