Hey! I would like to make a halfling PC because I just love them for RP ideas as well as mechanically. I am terrible with builds and would like some help. There are a few restrictions, like the fact I only have TCoE on DnD Beyond. I am also fine with feats and critical role. Thank you!

Drow Shadowblades are so good! Give them a Google!
What are some broad strokes of what you want to do? Are you a Chef Wizard who bakes on the side? A Twilight Cleric that watches over the city by night? A dual weilding acrobatic fighter? Halflings can do so much (those are just the ones I've played, a guy at our table has a Ranger that uses squirrels for his swarm mechanic)
I do really like Twilight Clerics for multiclass options because I LOVE THEIR DARKVISION! I basically just want some ideas to have fun and be creative but want to make myself viable as well. I would prefer if there was no homebrew if that's ok. Thanks!

But what do you find "fun"? Halflings can be all sorts of things e.g.
A noble knight riding their war hound into combat - Devotion Paladin using a Lance + Shield or a Spear + Shield. A sneaky trickster with a flaming sword - Arcane Trickster Rogue using a sword sword + Green Flame Blade. A happy-drunk tavern brawler - Drunken Master Monk A nightmare-cursed nocturnal assassin-mage - Shadow Sorcerer A tiny tough-guy who cuts through their enemy's shins while shouting their ancestral battlecries - Path of the Ancestral Guardian + dual wielding axes A holy champion of the harvest bringing the light of new dawn to the deepest shadows - Light Cleric A wandering nomad riding their tamed black bear into battle - Beastmaster Ranger A brilliant fortune teller who always seems to be at the right place at the right time - Divination Wizard A tinkerer who rides their robot dinosaur into battle - Battle Smith Artificer A loving motherly figure who challenges the strength of a bear when her friends are threatened - Moon Druid An adventure loving swashbuckling rogue - Battlemaster Fighter x Swashbuckler Rogue using a whip and a hand-crossbow
