D&D is a game, it's not the real world. There are beings that are physical incarnations of "good" and "evil."
That being said, OP's wish is ridiculous simply from the fact that the Wish spell outright lists what you can use it safely for and then says that using it for any other means cares the risk of is fizzling or backfiring, with the more you wish for, the worse your chances of it going wrong. OP's wish is attempting to reshape the entire multiverse, which is such a ridiculously huge wish that the setting's god of magic would probably personally smite you.

"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
