Drow Shadowblades are so good! Give them a Google!
Star spawn hulks are CR 10 creatures. Hard to lower that down to 0.
Natural armor +6, proficiency with Perception, large bonuses to Strength and CON, resistant to non-magical weapon attacks, immunity to charm and fright, darkvision, psychic mirror, slam attack COMBO stun, and a rechargeable attack with DC 17 is high.
I could see something where you make up a new race like this:
When unarmored, +2 to AC
Proficiency with Perception
+2 Strength, +1 Con
Immune to Charm
Darkvision
Thoughts and locations cannot be determined by Magic
Basic unarmed 1d4+strength slam that does not stun.
Then offer 4 race pre-req feats that grant resistance to non-magical weapon attacks, Immune to Fear, and a once per short rest Psychic Mirror damage, and grants a bonus action second slam with the chance to stun if normal unarmed and bonus both hit the same target.
