I want to do a multiclass of blood hunter with warlock, was originally thinking profane soul with maybe hexblade, but what do ya'll think and suggest? 🤔
Why? Profane Soul is already basically a MC between Bloodhunter and Warlock already. Otherwise you're going to be very MAD as Profane Soul Blood Hunter will need you to have high Wis or Int, whereas Warlock requires you to have high Cha, plus you want a 14 Dex for your AC.
Thought it'll be cool to have two patrons, any recommendations to multiclass with profane soul?
If you want to have two different patrons then the first thing you need to do is discuss with your DM how those two patrons are going to work. Because regardless of build power, I doubt any DM would let you have both a Celestial and Fiend patron at the same time.
The next thing you need to work out is how it's going to play mechanically. You'll need to be weapon focused because your spell slots while numerous will be super low level so casting spells is going to be a rubbish option most of the time. So you probably want to go mainly Bloodhunter, with just a dip in warlock. Since Bloodhunter doesn't use it's hemocraft ability for its attacks that means focusing on DEX or STR, I'd probably go DEX since you don't get heavy armour so you'll want at least a 14 Dex regardless. Then it's just a choice of whether you want to be melee or ranged. Personally, I prefer going ranged whenever I can with high DEX characters, but doing so prevents you doing the Booming Blade + BA attack at 7th level, so maybe go melee focused, do sword + board with a rapier + dueling to leave your BA free for BloodMaladicts, Hex or HBC.
I'd go for 7 levels of Profane Soul Bloodhunter, as that gets you: Genie is probably your best choice of patron b/c fly speeds are awesome.
2x 2nd level slots
2x Blood Curses + 2x Blood Maladicts/SR
2 crimson rites with 1d6 hemocraft die
Extra Attack
Cantrip/BA Attack Profane Soul ability
Brand of Castigation
Fighting Style
Then take 3 levels of Hexblade Warlock - you could also take these starting at 5th level, to get:
Hexblade's Curse
Shield Spell + Wrathful Smite
2x 2nd level spell slots
2 Invocations
Pact Boon - Chain is probably your best option to get Adv on your Booming Blade attack
Go for minimal CHA and focus on Warlock spells that don't use your charisma, instead max out your Dex and take a 16 in your INT or WIS

Story-wise that could get messy, your Patrons are likely to be upset that you're splitting your loyalty. Mechanics-wise, it's also going to be messy as Agilemind said, you'll have two spellcasting stats to deal with. And your physical stats can't be ignored either.
