For all of you searching what a thri-kreen is, they are basically bug people. They have the traits: Chameleon carapace, darkvision, sleepless, Thri-kreen telepathy, and a pair of secondary arms. As a fighter, they can start with a longbow and two hand crossbows (two martial weapons). If i'm correct, that would be 2d6 + 1d8 piercing damage every turn at lvl 1. Thats enough to (Roughly) kill an owlbear by itself in 5 turns.

The advantage of a Thrikeen is the ability to use two weapon fighting while also using a shield, and possibly having a thrown weapon ready to go as well.

Attacks need to be aimed, not merely done.
Or you can use two-weapon fighting while playing the guitar! Ultimate Bard build, cannot be defeated.
A Thrikreen Path of the Beast Barbarian can attack 4 times at L5, while using a shield. Two hands hold handaxes, one is the open hand (claw), and the last holds a shield. So you use your multiattack to make one claw attack and one handaxe attack. The claw attack lets you make an extra one thanks to the Beast Barbarian feature, and then you can use your Bonus Action to make an attack with your second Handaxe. This is the only way I know of to combine these effects for four attacks at L5, without juggling weapons.

So far I have thought of a thri-kreen fighter.

Even a thri-kreen is limited by action economy. They can still only make one action and one bonus action per turn, regardless of # of arms/hands.
I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
