Did you mean Feats: Speedy, Grappler. and Boon of Speed?
Let's add Charger and with Eberron Forge of the Artificer, we can Add Mark of Passage for another 5 feet. This takes care of Origin Feats (still Sage), and Feats at level 4, 8, 12, 16, and 19.
With a Wood Elf, your combo is a Base Speed of 35 + 10 + 30 +5 = 80 feet. I believe Wood Elf is what you picked.
Centaur has a higher base speed (40), but let's go Tabaxi instead since we only need to go fast for one turn. That's 30 + 10 +5 = 75 feet.
Bonus Action: expeditious retreat (Since you are casting with a use, not a spell slot, you can cast it with prismatic wall)
(And, roll the thing that gives you an extra action)
Additional Action: Grapple the enemy
53-56 gives you an additional action.
I don't think this is legal because you already rolled on the Wild Magic table this turn. But I have a fix for that!
Also, I think you need to cast Expeditious Retreat, take the 29-32 result, and then cast Prismatic Wall. 29-32 says "The next time you cast a spell that deals damage within the next minute..." In your arrangement of actions, you have already cast Prismatic Wall when you rolled the Wild Magic Surge so it wouldn't apply. (I am not sure if it is supposed to apply to spells with a duration, but there's nothing saying it doesn't work.)
Speed is now 160 with your combo versus 150 with mine.
For grins, we rolled 53-56 for the additional action.
Wild Magic Action: Grapple the enemy. Technically we can deal damage and grapple as the same action. It's trivial, but 1+Strength Modifier damage. Woo.
Feline Agility (no action)
Speed is now:
160 Wood Elf
300 Tabaxi
Bonus Action: Dash
Charger Increases Speed by +10 for the Dash Action. I assume that this is added after the effects that double the speed because those have already occurred. If this is applied first, then the speed and movement is higher. Movement is now:
160 + 170 = 330 feet for the Wood Elf versus your 225 feet.
Movement: drag the enemy through the prismatic wall 22 times
Grand total damage: 7920
I think you divided the movement by 10 to get the number of times the enemy passes through,
If you the wall is next to the creature, you only need 5 feet for each pass, right? Just boop, they're on one side. Boop they're on the other side. I think. Am I wrong?
If we are dividing by 10
330 feet would be 33 times for 11,880
610 feet would be 61 times for 21,960
If we are dividing by 5
330 feet would be 66 times for 23,760
610 feet would be 122 times for 43,980
In addition, we can probably assume an 18 in Strength since there is nothing Charisma based in this build. The free unarmed Strike would be 1 + 4 = 5 damage on top of that.
You can probably fit in one level of Monk to change the Unarmed Strike damage to 1D6 + Dexterity and maybe reach a 20 in Dexterity (Speedy can't increase Strength, but the other feats with Attribute increases can increase Strength or Dexterity), but I am not positive that it is possible with the Multiclassing attribute restrictions.

Drag the target through Wall 184 times for 66,240 damage (plus unarmed damage). How could you, Tabaxi Gato? They trusted you.
I was trying to stick to the core rules, because thats what I use the most

Magic Action cast Prismatic Wall. We need one hand to maintain the grapple and one to cast the spell so we should be fine.
We can't maximize the damage via Wild Magic so we have to take the average damage: 42 + 42 + 42 + 42 + 42 = 210 damage per trip through the wall.
Technically, we could argue that rolling maximum damage falls under as "Anything unspecified can be considered in your favor (size, hit chance, etc.)", but let's not (if we did, that would be 360 damage per trip (171.43% of the average number).
Non-action: Feline Agility (Speed is 340)
Haste Action: Dash (Movement + 340 + 10 Charger)
Move back and forth between both sides of the wall 690 / 5 = 138 times = 28,980 damage.
Bonus Action: Cast Expeditious Retreat without a spell slot thanks to Magic Initiate.

How are you avoiding the incapacitation and speed of 0 when you end the Haste spell?
Oh. I see. I didn't take that into account since my original plan didn't involve dropping Haste. We need another way to bonus action dash to maintain the movement otherwise it stops at 29,980 with no magic items and no extra characters. Monk and Fighter both have options for extra Dash actions but would require giving up an epic boon and may not be worth it.
Let's try Monk 2. This costs the build Boon of Speed. Before the prep round, the tabaxi is only Speed 45.

Skipping the Bonus Action Dash is slightly better than losing out on Boon of Speed. Is there a way to increase the speed or get another Dash in without losing the Boon?

I recently dived deep into the world of maximizing single turn damage in D&D 5e. This search yielded surprising results with one build in particular standing out (listed below) dealing an expected 500 some damage on average to a single target. I want to challenge the best min-maxers out there to create the highest damage output in one turn generally following these conditions:
No magical items
Base stats must be either point buy or standard array
Must be done with a single character (no buffs from party members, etc.)
Damage must be done to a single target
Do not abuse surrounding environment please (target spawns above a volcano, etc)
Target does not have any vulnerabilities or resistances
No homebrew, only official content (can be from any sourcebook)
Items like purple worm poison are not allowed (feel free to include in a separate final calculation, I'd be interested)
This is the kicker: One round of prep
No damage can be done to the target during this round
Time-Stop is allowed (this would still function as one real-time round)
Go crazy with it, it's the feature that makes the challenge interesting
Anything unspecified can be considered in your favor (size, hit chance, etc.)
Break any of these rules within moderation and have fun!
If you have any questions post them in this thread and I should get back to them in a day or two.

Because with Fighter 2 and Monk 2, you don't have access to 9th level spells. I kept think the same thing or what if I cast Time Stop on the main turn to get multiple turns of rainbow dosey doeing, but you need to be level 17 Wizard and only have 1 9th level spell option.
Could we possibly get a better damage with a bard?

Is there anything stopping you from taking both the Mobile feat and the Speedy feat? The extra movement from Charger is not affected by Dash, Step of the Wind, or Feline Agility.
Is there anything stopping you from taking both the Mobile feat and the Speedy feat? The extra movement from Charger is not affected by Dash, Step of the Wind, or Feline Agility.
I think they are effectively the same feat, but I don't know if that's explicitly stated anywhere. See also Speedy & Mobile.
Actually, rereading Charger, I think it should be affected by Dash, but not necessarily Feline Agility. Dash increases your movement by your speed after any modifiers, so each dash should be +20 movement, not +10. That's another 4 times through for +840 damage.

I have adopted Golden, Salem, Wes, Aspen, and Foalin.
I hope you don't mind if I chip in.
Actual Round:
Action: I will cast Haste instead.
Bonus Action: Dash
Charger Increases Speed by +10 for the Dash Action. I assume that this is added after the effects that double the speed because those have already occurred. If this is applied first, then the speed and movement is higher. Movement is now:
I think you divided the movement by 10 to get the number of times the enemy passes through,
If you the wall is next to the creature, you only need 5 feet for each pass, right? Just boop, they're on one side. Boop they're on the other side. I think. Am I wrong?
You can probably fit in one level of Monk to change the Unarmed Strike damage to 1D6 + Dexterity and maybe reach a 20 in Dexterity (Speedy can't increase Strength, but the other feats with Attribute increases can increase Strength or Dexterity), but I am not positive that it is possible with the Multiclassing attribute restrictions.

I will mother you if you are being stupid.

I have adopted Golden, Salem, Wes, Aspen, and Foalin.
Does that mean my logic/math was correct? Your set up was amazing and I never would have thought to use Prismatic Wall like that.

I forgot to take the action from Haste to Dash again for 920 feet of total movement! (Those are some crazy zoomies.)
Drag the target through Wall 184 times for 66,240 damage (plus unarmed damage). How could you, Tabaxi Gato? They trusted you.

Oh no! And to add to that, I missed that Haste and Expeditious Retreat both require concentration.
Okay. Let's what we can still do!
Tabaxi Gato is now a Bladesinger Wizard! I wish I could somehow fit Action Surge, the boon, and 9th level spells.
Feats: Magic Initiate (Expeditious Retreat), Speedy, Charger, Mark of Passage, Grappler, Boon of Speed
Speed: 75
Prep Round
Speed is currently 170.
Main Round
Total damage: 36,540.
Not too bad. Did I get anything wrong? How did I end up with more trips through the wall?

How are you avoiding the incapacitation and speed of 0 when you end the Haste spell?
Oh. I see. I didn't take that into account since my original plan didn't involve dropping Haste. We need another way to bonus action dash to maintain the movement otherwise it stops at 29,980 with no magic items and no extra characters. Monk and Fighter both have options for extra Dash actions but would require giving up an epic boon and may not be worth it.
Let's try Monk 2. This costs the build Boon of Speed. Before the prep round, the tabaxi is only Speed 45.
Prep Round
Speed is currently 110.
Main Round
Total damage: 28,560.
Skipping the Bonus Action Dash is slightly better than losing out on Boon of Speed. Is there a way to increase the speed or get another Dash in without losing the Boon?

Is the special rule that lets you gain an extra epic boon per 30,000 XP past level 20 allowed?

I guess so? Here are the rules.
If so, that would actually be:
Before the prep round, the tabaxi is Speed 75.
Prep Round
Speed is currently 170.
Main Round
Total damage: 43,680. Ouch.

If that is allowed then why not take two levels in fighter for another dash action? via action surge

Because with Fighter 2 and Monk 2, you don't have access to 9th level spells. I kept think the same thing or what if I cast Time Stop on the main turn to get multiple turns of rainbow dosey doeing, but you need to be level 17 Wizard and only have 1 9th level spell option.

What are you thinking? My first thought was College of the Dance, but they don't actually move faster.
