This is a cool build overall. However, a bit confused on how you got a flying humanoid skeleton. Did the party kill and reanimate an Aarakocra somewhere? Keep in mind that a skeleton is fairly fragile and does not have great AC. A flying skeleton is likely to drop their backpack if it is "killed", resulting in your PC taking some falling damage from the backpack dropping X feet.
40ft. Flying Speed from Investment of the Chain Master
Resistance to any one source of damage a round using Warlock reaction from Investment of the Chain Master
All of the above can be further boosted by a casting of Sanctuary and/or Invisibility.
I thought that famiiliars allowed for Chain Warlocks had to be Small in size? If the Skeleton is Small, how can it fly any distance while carrying equipment and a backpack with a Small creature inside of it? What am I missing here?
Additionally, when you take the Attack action, you can forgo one of your own attacks to allow your familiar to make one attack of its own with its Reaction.
As you can see, there is no mention of a small size requirement, and the Skeleton statblock lists the creature as medium.

Pact of the Chain
You learn the Find Familiar spell and can cast it as a Magic action without expending a spell slot.
When you cast the spell, you choose one of the normal forms for your familiar or one of the following special forms: Imp, Pseudodragon, Quasit, Skeleton, Slaad Tadpole, Sphinx of Wonder, Sprite, or Venomous Snake.
Additionally, when you take the Attack action, you can forgo one of your own attacks to allow your familiar to make one attack of its own with its Reaction.

Thanks. Checks out. I was not aware of several of those direct power upgrades.
