This is my build for a level 19 high combat one shot where its most probably my party of 5 vs a huge homebrew monster. Not trying to meta game on the boss but is there anything else I can do on my end? My role is the DPS. magic items allowed are 1 very rare tier, 3 rare tier and 4 uncommon tier
First thing I see when looking at the build is that you boosted your strength all the way to 30 by taking +2 Strength Ability Score Increases repeatedly. Is this a house rule that lets you ignore the "This feat can’t increase an ability score above 20" part of the feat? Otherwise, you have a pretty straight-forward Greatsword build.
Secondly, I would suggest taking the Boon of Combat Prowess over the Boon of Irresistible Offense. Turning one miss into a hit every round will boost your damage way more than getting 30 damage only 5% of the time (or ~10% if attacking with advantage). Irresistible Offense would roughly equate to 1.5 extra damage per swing (5% chance of getting 30 extra damage), or 6 per turn. One missed attack becoming a hit from Combat Prowess would equate to 2d6+6 (accounting for Graze), or 13 damage per round extra. That's double the boost you get from Irresistible Offense.
Oh? is this a rule that I misread? I am aware that the ASI feat has a cap of 20 but since i took a boon that raised my cap to 30 it allowed my stat point raise to 30. Is that not allowed?
Honestly, nice catch on the plate. Changing to it now. And youre right. I only took the boon of irresistible offense because I wanted to ride on my extra crit damage from my magic weapon: Sword of sharpness
Epic Boons can raise your stats as high as 30, but the Ability Score Increase feats can't raise them past 20. The way you increased your strength to 30 is a problem with the way the cap on your stats is handled in DnDBeyond. That is not how it is supposed to work per the rules in the PHB.

Don’t take sword of sharpness, it’s not that good. If you want very rare, take a Nine Lives Stealer or a + 3 Adamantine sword or a flame tongue or something, but trust me on this, the Sword of Sharpness is horrid.

One thing I will ask is why did you choose Adamantine Chain Mail over Adamantine Plate? It's 2 less AC for....no benefit that I can think of....?

This is kind of a minor thing, but athletics and acrobatics typically aren’t used that awful much. If you think your DM may, then by all means.
By the way, how do you get a link to your character page like that? I’ve only ever found where you can share the PDF.
In the web version there is "shareable link" right above share pdf. Just remember to make your character public for viewing
