Yes, you can. Agonizing Blast asks you to choose any Warlock cantrip that deals damage; True Strike is a Warlock cantrip that deals damage, so you can choose it.
If you are using a Greatsword, are you still using Agonizing Blast in the same turn? Probably not.
In addition, you can't do two spells in the same turn generically speaking.
Agonizing Blast is not a spell. It's an Eldritch Invocation that modifies a specific spell of your choice. You may be getting it confused with Eldritch Blast, which was the only spell it could be used with in 5e. In 5.5e it can be used with any one Warlock cantrip that deals damage.
would eldritch smite and lifedrinker work as well?
You mean, would they work in conjunction with an attack made via True Strike? Yes, they would, as long as the attack is made with your Pact Weapon.
However, if you have Pact of the Blade, there's not much point in using True Strike at all, as Pact of the Blade is already doing most of what that spell does anyway. Better to just make regular attacks with the Pact Weapon, using Thirsting Blade (and, later, Devouring Blade) to do more than one attack with a single action, which you can't do with True Strike.
True Strike is more intended for spellcasters that want to use weapons but don't have multiattack features.
yes, but agonizing blast works better or equal at lower levels. espcially with the celestial warlock's level 6 feature. plus you get the bonus radiant damage at higher levels.

If you hit, sure. But ~50% of the time you'll be doing absolutely nothing b/c your one attack missed.
yes, but crits are even more valuble. 3 champion fighter doubles crits, and you get great weapon fighting for more damage.
With one attack per turn, even with Advantage and Champion Fighter-3 you'll get a critical hit once every 5 turns (i.e. probably less than once per combat).

pusedodragon gives them unconcius for 1 minitue or until they take damage. that is an auto crit if they fail by 5 or more. otherwise have an undead putrid buddy from summon undead and use rotting claw to paralyze them.

True strike says "...you make one attack with the weapon used in the spell’s casting. "
What weapon does Agonizing blast actually use?
agonizing blast just says cantrip and true strike is a cantrip avilable to warlocks, maybe pact of the blade for a greatsowrd

also, with pact of the chain I usually pick psudodragon for the poison, so it becomes better to load one auto crit attack.
