I'm looking ahead to L8 and am contemplating taking a feat for my character. She's a wood elf rogue arcane trickster. Our party is pretty imbalanced (2 rangers and a paladin are the others) so I'm thinking about taking a feat to add some balance in. I'm torn between class feats and racial feats from Xanathar's. I like the look of both Alert and Mobile from the PHB but XGtE has elven accuracy and wood elf magic. I'm very drawn to the wood elf magic feat because it would add some additional offensive and defensive magic to the party.
I'm unclear on whether I could (or if it would even be worth it to) take the elemental adept or magic initiate feats since arcane trickster doesn't really have elemental spells.
I welcome any advice on this topic. I won't be at L8 for another month or more but I'm just trying to plan ahead.
It seems to me that wood elf magic would be the most wide sweeping option, giving you mobility, stealth, and there are many different Druid can trips to choose from. What does y’alls support/healing situation seem like?

We've got a paladin with lay on hands and cure wounds so we're okay for low levels right now.
then yeah I think the wood elf magic will give you some fun variety to play with while you're figuring how this character acts, this is assuming you haven't figured that out yet of course. :)
