How does the blade song interact with rage? I assume you can't sing while raging, but can you rage while singing?
Looks like there is nothing that prevents you from usung both at the same time (order doesnt matter either). As long as you are not wearing medium armor, heavy armor, a shield, or using a 2-handed weapon.
