Me in short: relative new to PNP/DND, playing a Bard in a long campaign (Tiamat) and would like a flying ship that is awakened (awaken Spell). :D
My Plan was to go to a flying pice of earth "Earth mote" (already found the location) plant a willing tree (Talk with Plant Spell) and convince the tree sapling to grow in a mighty Ship form so he could fly the Earth mote (already ask the DM he agreed that the tree could control the Earth mote).
BUT!! i wanted to grow the tree with the spell Plant Growth but didn't realized that it cant grow a tree in a short time period and form it the way i want it.
So the Question is:
Is there a Spell, Item or thing that can grow a tree in a matter of Hours in to a ship Form?
A Player suggested i should look up Dryads and Monsters like this but i wasn't really successful.
That doesn't sound like any spell I'm familiar with. You might ask your DM if you can use a spell in a way other than written, or if you can use a homebrew spell, or if the DM has another way they will let this happen.
Use Awaken on multiple trees and convince them to intertwine their branches and roots to form your airship. Treat them as true allies and promise to protect their home forest as well as introducing them to a life of adventure. They have an Int of 10 now so, they might take the form of a ship to aid you but, I wouldn't expect them to maintain it. They could split apart and do other things and maybe reforming the ship would make it turn out different each time.
There's nothing in the game that does what you describe. If your DM is allowing it, then you can work with them to hand waive a way to do so.
Alternately, in Eberron airships are made of a special wood called soarwood that naturally floats (I think it grows in a manifest zone to gain it's properties). Gathering it could be it's own quest. It's then built into a roughly sailing ship shape but is powered by bound elementals.
Officially you need a Wheel of Wind and Water and a character with the correct dragonmark, but I have played where you can convince the elementals to do what you ask with the downside that when you fail your checks you fall from the sky.
Honestly, if I was the DM... if a player were to concentrate the 8 hour version of the spell (which is powerful enough to enrich all plant life in a half mile radius) into a single tree I think that would be fair to instead have it experience sudden and miraculous growth beyond the strict writing of the spell. Although I would also give it a fairly high DC Wisdom check to see if they're able to actually control the spell precisely enough to focus it in that way... although I would also lower the DC if they're able to get another spellcaster to help them.
EDIT: Also, I forgot, there is an item that can be used to instantly grow a tree... A Feather Token is capable of growing a 60 Foot Tall tree instantaneously. You lose some of the prep work you described before (since you can't converse with the sapling ahead of time to make sure it consents to this plan), and the item gives the tree explicit dimensions, and it depends on your DM if you'd be able to alter the shape of the tree after the fact.

A new Druid/Artificer multiclass build :)

Hmmmm. I'd allow the general idea, but not in a few hours. Weeks maybe, but not hours.

I really like your idea! Good Luck.
