Yeah, I redid the character with 10 valor bard and it's pretty much identical. Does lose the +10ac from bladesong but this build isn't really concerned with that anyways. And bard does let me pre-load inspiration on my familiar and the undead minion letting them using it if they need the boost to hit or to add as damage when they do hit via the valor bard ability. I do lose the die for the fighter maneuver to my initiative, but I still have advantage and +16. The biggest thing I lose is the boon of combat prowess, but with all the boost and advantage and whatnot, I'm not THAT concerned about not having a "no, I hit" button.

Also, this build is much more effective if you try to cast Eldritch Blast as many times as possible, because each casting is four blasts plus all of the ridiculous rider effects you have

okay, got it. 14 valor bard for the bonus action strike. first turn, cast any sorcerer spell (mirror image in my case) and roll 1 on wild magic. then bonus action attack with any weapon with advantage from tides of chaos. than get hit and cast shield. roll a 30. begining of your turn roll whatever that helps you most, it doesn't matter. cast 9th level conjure minor elementals and do another bonus action attack with advantge. cast shield and roll an extra action. have a friend cast haste on you.
Nova Turn. begining of your turn roll an aditional action. action surge, take the attack action 4 times, replacing one attack each time with eldritch blast, use the haste to cast eldritch blast, quicken a 8th level scorching ray, get another action, than attack again. I belive this is about 30 attacks under the affect of conjure minor elementals. I don't have numbers yet but I'm sure this is just rediculus. my friend said it was somewhere in the 7000 damage range.

How are you taking the attack action four times?
And, much better things to roll on the wild magic table than additional action in that situation

no, I would have rolled it once at the beggining of my turn, one upon casting shield, and one upon casting scorching ray. I also had haste from a potion of speed.
