Making an every-class character and taking it seriously. Opinions on ideal setup?

Shillelaghs and Fighter EK levels lets you get a +11 attack bonus and you can get 19 DCs in the most likely-used spells.

Then use War Magic - one Cantrip like Lightning Lure or Sword Burst and then a free melee attack as well.  Very respectable damage. 

And lots of ASIs because of Fighter, and non-variant Human let’s you max out your stats too.
