No one is 100% sure. It typically is the Monday after it is announced but this time it wasn't and they haven't given any updates on when it will be on the site. So we are all in the dark until they tell us.
You're welcome! I had no clue either, but after reading through a bunch of different posts on the forums I found out about it. Apparently they have only missed the deadline a few times in the past few years, but it almost sounded like this UA was a bit of a surprise. Not sure how much time the DDB team had to implement this before then, plus i'm sure the app update was another factor.
If I had to make a guess. It's not gonna be available until van richens(?) Drops and the curremt crop of ua becomes official , then hopefully they roll out the new ua
When does all this content drop in terms of being able to try it out when making a character on here?

Thanks dude. I never knew about the Monday thing. I'll keep that in mind from now on .

I really don't think that they'd wait another month to add the Dragonborn UA to the character builder.
That would be silly, since they usually have the poll for "have you tried the new UA, did you like it?" by then.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
