There have been multiple Unearthed Arcanas over the years, "the other UA" could be referring to multiple. I believe there is a good list on Wikipedia of all the UAs that have come out for 5E at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unearthed_Arcana. Not sure if there is any where on this site that lists them. I think you would need to be a bit more specific in what you're referring too.
OneD&D Playtest: None have really hit the mark for me until Devotion Paladin, but their review of the feedback on Lore Bard and Hunter Ranger suggest they know what they need to do to get me on board.
Prior UAs: I'm very much looking forward to the Bigby's subclasses like the dino druid and rune wizard.
In terms of past UAs, I thought the UA version of the Astral Monk was really interesting, basically giving you flurry for free every round while you have the arms out once you hit level 11.

In your opinion, what is the funnest, most balanced, and best worded Unearthed Arcana subclass? All classes.
I don't think they have stuck the landing on a single one of the sub classes so far, but i guess oath of devotion is the least objectionable.
Not one dnd playtest, the other UA

All of the UA documents released before one dnd playtest.

Theurgy is pretty cool
Very unbalanced and prone to abuse though.
I miss you, Arcane Weapon.
