D&D Beyond no longer adds official support for Unearthed Arcana material, if you want to add it you'll have to homebrew it. If you're talking about the current rounds of playtest material, that's going to be tricky since D&D Beyond's homebrew creation system doesn't allow for the creation of full classes, so you won't be able to add in the new base class features being playtested.
