The whole UA Eberron disguised as official was low. But since the classes races are in the book, are we going to have to pay to use this month's UA content?
The UA today was Eberron races, nor classes. DDB has added UA a week after release since they started adding it. I don't know but I expect the UA versions of the races to be added for free next week. However I don't think that the UA versions will be updated when the "Wayfinder's Guide" is updated unless a new UA is released later.
I think the question remains. It is after January 2018. There is an UA article for Ebberon Races but when I select to allow playtest material in my character I don't see those races as an option. Wayfarer's Guide is a separate product, but the UA article for the races is still valid play test material put out by Wizards of the Coast.
For consistency, I guess you can complain about the fact some of the subclasses and most of the spells coming from the PHB are, as matter of fact, free (SRD), yet, you are being charged for the PHB.
For consistency, you are taking the complaint on Eberron Guide to WotC as well, since it is the one making the decision on what is and what is not free.
Also, for consistency, you are making the same statement on DM's guild.
The cost is for the entire Eberron Guide, those races from UA are a small part of it.
So if I pay for, say, the Changeling now, will it remain unlocked once it's officially released? Will it be updated if it gets any changes or be like a variant?

Changeling, Kalashtar, Shifter and Warforged will free on Monday, as they are the only options released as Unearthed Arcana as well.
Any update issued by WotC will be uploaded in the base race (no variants).

That's great to hear that they will be free on Monday. But to say 'You are buying the whole book' is kind of misleading, since the option to buy just the Races (which will be free on Monday) is available for $7.99 and individual races for $1.99. So the race options, which will be free tomorrow, have been being sold separately from the WGTE, with no real indication that they will be free Monday.
I'd say that's a bit shady as far as business practices go, offering the option to buy something that will be free in a few days, without actually stating that it will be free in a few days. (Also, $1.99 * 4 is 7.96, so you are actually charging MORE to buy all the races together. Reminds me of when McDonalds sold 4 nuggets for $1, but 20 for $5.99)

the races will be for free tomorrow, but won't stay free forever . Once the playtest is done, they will be no more part of UA.
If you buy the races, they will be yours forever, with the updates that eventually come.
This is legit kinda shady.... I bought the races, only to here I didn't even have to yet..... Is there a way to get a refund or something? Cause if not, that should really be implemented.

It is not shady. As I have explained, sooner or later the races appeared in this month's UA will not be in a playtest status forever, therefore, they will not be free forever. If you bought them, they will still be yours once they get updated.
Whichever the case, you can ask for a refund of Eberron content from support.

DDB will share more details about this next week.
But until then they are charging for free playtest material.
They are charging for Wayfinders Guide to Eberron, which wizards is also charging for.
I am sorry, but this is false. They are charging for the entire Eberron guide, which is a playtest NON-free material.
This part is free

This is is what is being charged for. I have the same problem with the DMGuild thing, but this website isn’t the DMGuild it’s DNDBeyond.
True, a part of it is free, but with that cost (19.99, if I am not mistaken), you buy the entire guide.
Again, you are being charged for the entire guide.
Spin it any way you want man.
I am not spinning anything, man.
