You can homebrew the subclasses. The same way it's been for years now.
They used to put UA in the character builder, but the previous owner of dndbeyond determined it wasn't worth the effort since so much of it will be changed by the time it goes to print, and that's not accounting for the many UA that never go to print. WotC has continued that policy.
