I'm going to assume it was not intended for n Envoy Warforged to be able to choose a galleon as his integrated tool? Perhaps a little less ridiculous would be a chariot, but still probably OP.
Edit: Just realized that this has already been addressed.

I'm curious to hear where you've seen this addressed.
As for whether or not you can integrate a vehicle, it seems pretty clear to me that the answer is no. Although proficiency in vehicles is categorized under "tool proficiencies" for backgrounds, the vehicles themselves are not a tool. Take a look at the Tools section of the Basic Rules to see that despite being listed under the Tools section, nothing explicitly describes a vehicle as a tool. I'd say that you can take a vehicle proficiency as part of the "Specialized Design" feature, but you can't integrate a vehicle as part of the "Integrated Tool" feature.
1. Barding is not a land vehicle, and I'm baffled as to why you'd think otherwise.
2. Integrated Tool doesn't give you a unique ability to occupy another creature's space. And without such an ability, you... Can't. So even if you could become barding, you couldn't actually be equipped to an animal.
3. If, somehow, barding was a tool, that doesn't mean it's your armor. You're not an animal. It's not eligible for Integrated Protection.
4. Why do you think Animal Handling can increase anything's AC?
5. This thread is 3 years old at this point. Envoy Warforged didn't even make it to print. What are you even doing here?

I'm sad they don't allow a vehicle integrated tool.

Haven’t used this account in forever. Still a big fan of crawling claws.
My DM allowed my character to have an integrated glider that won't lose height while in Sharn because of the ambient magic.
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
I mean having an integrated tool like a vehicle would make you a transformer which would be pretty great.
