I'm a relatively new DM with only a few months and a handful of sessions under my belt.
I'm running my players through Waterdeep as they get their footing as players and I get mine as DM, at which point I plan to start up a campaign with my own setting. The UA 3 Pillar experience system is something that seems really appealing to use but I haven't been able to find any recent conversations around people's experience with it.
Does anyone who has run UA Three Pillars have any advice they could impart on running a well paced and balanced game?
