if you do an ASI, then do a double leap in STR or CON, otherwise you won't grab the benefit.
Do any of your manoeuvres require any Saves? If so then it might be worth looking at bumping the stat that creates the DC for that?
Alert is a good boost for a battle master, in going first (most of the time) you can increase the effect of your manoeuvres (though controlling the "battle ground")
Alert is useful. Tough is nice, but maybe a bit overvalued.
taking a feat to pick up hex or hunters Mark can be a huge damage bonus.
resilient wisdom or charisma isn’t as flashy, but can really help keep you from feeling completely neutralized by fear/charm
really depends on what you’d like. Personally, I like things like alert and fey touched just for buttons to push and triggers to fire off. Feels more rewarding.
Not sure why you’d go str, since I’m assuming you’re the a DEX based character. Unless you want heavy armor. If that’s the case, you could do +1 to str and wis, gets you the heavy armor and gets rid of that odd number in wis. If you’re not looking for heavy armor, then ironsoul’s suggestion of resilient wis is the way to go. And if you’re using UA feats, you could also look at the options for damage types feats. In particular piercer, it would apply to your archery, and if you dual wield rapiers, to melee, too (and you’d get that +1 str for the heavy armor).
What's your party make up like? It's hard to say what you should be taking without a clear idea of what you're working with. If you're playing with a devotion paladin, for example, I'm more inclined to say resilient WIS isn't necessary. Do you have a front liner with sentinel? It's nice to have if no one's got it.
Do you want to wear heavy armor? Getting heavy armor master is an idea.
Do you like the flavor of using medium armor? Getting medium armor master would increase your AC and not mess with stealth checks.
Do you want to capitalize more on your ranged options? Crossbow expert helps even if you don't want to use a crossbow just by eliminating the close-ranged penalty, and increases DPR if you do.

I'm playing a variant human battle master with these stats and feats:
S 14
D 20
C 16
I 10
W 13
Ch 11
Fighting Style: Two-Weapon Fighting
Feat: Dual Wielder
Feat: Sharpshooter
What are the best options at 12th level for this character? Here's what I'm considering, but might be overlooking a better choice:
ASI: Str
ASI: Con
Fey Touched (Wisdom) (UA)
Fighting Initiate - Archery (UA)
Alert
Skulker
Tough
Thanks.

Resilient (Wisdom) and don’t even think about the rest.
