Oh dear God. Where to begin...
One time, while I was DMing, one of my PCs sold their soul, a drunk clown got two guards ran over, 2 horny teiflings (also PCs) broke out of jail with a mimic, the embodiment of War tried kidnapping a noble, the previous teiflings flirted with said mimic, and the city got destroyed.

When I was 13 years old i had invited my friend over too play for what most of their first times. we went into the basement and I started the adventure. The bard (Quavontavius Jahamid ali Ozzy Tayquon Jones) and the wizard (brakazall) both passed me notes (i said if you want to do anything in secret slide it to me) that said "can i F a shark" and "can i cut off Quavontavius... pickle?" we got nothing done in the next 3 hours...
