My favorite background is the Knight of the Order. Even though they have a Knight background in the PHB (Variation of noble), I feel like this is better suited for an actual Knight.
I picked Faction Agent because as a DM players picking such backgrounds is a massive boon, but the backgrounds are easily the SCAG's best feature. Almost all of them get a lot of consideration from my players, and Urban Bounty Hunter and Mercenary Veteran are high on my list of go-tos as well.
