Just in the name of prudence, I would not install anything you intend to publish (and for which you wish to retain copyright or trademark) into any database owned by anyone else. Period.

I am working on a full world setting, and I am a bit confused on how the content right work.
If I put the information into DndBeyond, how does that affect my publishing rights?
If I do get it published, then how would it effect the information already entered?
