Since the Genie Warlock came out a little bit ago, I've been wondering what a noble genie would be like. Obviously like a genie but more powerful, but more specifically I'm wondering what one might do to a normal genie's statblock in order to transition it into a noble genie. After checking the MM, I figured it wouldn't be as simple as just putting two more spells in their spell list.

Hey y'all, I'm Okashido and I'm super into D&D. I like making characters(to the point where I have a doc about 100 pages long filled with character ideas.), am an aspiring actor in college, and also consider myself a storyteller and actor at the table. I enjoy making characters with backstories and watching them play off of other people. I roll with the punches and am a great Improviser. I can DM, but think my strengths lay in being a Player most. Hope we can all have fun and maybe play some games.
I would imagine to create a Noble Genie, you would add an ability to grant the wish spells the amount determined by a 1d4 with a reroll on a 4. You'd boost the AC to something close to an Elder Elemental since these beings are supposed to have a innate ability to bend reality. Add in legendary actions, and resistances like anything else. Essentially make it just as powerful as one of the stronger devils or demons that other warlocks would make a bargain with.
I did find these two stat blocks for 3.5e noble genie but only for Efreeti and Djinn. They do give a good example of the types of extra spells and abilities and CR for 5e though.

Give it Wish 1/day without any chance of Wish exhaustion and the rest will sort itself out, as it can Wish for anything it wants or needs.
In the monster manual it describes that the noble genie can't perform a wish for other genies, I assume that includes itself as well? Also it speaks about a range of being able to cast wish from 1-3 wishes depending on its power per person who is a non genie.
