I was thinking of paying for hero tier but was wondering would I get all of the items I would if I just baught the books, because I want to have feats that I chose and was wondering of I baught the subscription I could save some money and unlock all of the customizations then buying the books

Also, I read the buyer guide and it said something about buying the PHB hero tier, would that give me the feats I need?

Hero tier gives no items contained in books,assuming that was you were asking (I had an stroke reading this).

The Hero Tier Subscription give you access to exclusive tools, monthly perks, the ability to create an unlimited number of characters, homebrew content, and early access to certain features. It does NOT give you access to any of the sourcebooks or adventure books,.You still need to purchase those separately, however they will be at a lower price. I personally am unaware of a bundle that includes the PHB and the Hero Tier Subscription. As for purchasing the PHB, yes, that would give you access to all feats within that book. If you select that book in the marketplace and scroll down a ways on the page, it will show you a list of all the feats within as well as most other information that you might be interested in. You can also purchase just the feats if you wish, either individually or altogether.

Biggest perk of hero tier (imo) is unlocking the number of characters you can have.

For me it's encounters,but I work module design as a side-gig and need to playtest my homebrew monsters,so that's mostly just me.
