I've searched through the forums, and most of what I'm seeing is importing characters from vtt's. My question is how (if at all) can a character be added to a campaign when the player has already created the character? For example, I have a Strahd campaign that I've created, but one player made his character BEFORE I created the campaign? Is there a way to import that character into the campaing? Sorry if I missed the answer to this elsewhere, and it's been discussed already. Thanks!
send them the campaign link and when they click on it they should be able to add a premade character to it.

Is it possible for me to put characters I have created into the campaign I have created?
Thanks!~
yeah, if you follow the same steps then you should be able to add any character you have created into your own campaign. Alternatively, if that doesnt work, then you can create an unassigned character in the campaign directly and just copy all the stats and stuff over.

Easy!
They need to make sure that the character they want to join with isn't in another campaign though.

Thanks, we must've been missing something.
Thanks a ton, I was clearly missing a step that I didn't notice.
